INGREDIENTS
Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) herb, Red Raspberry (Rubus idaeus) leaf, Oat (Avena sativa) straw and milky seed, Damiana (Turnera diffusa) leaf, Red Clover (Trifolium pratense) flower and herb, Chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus), Marshmallow (Althea officinalis) root, and White Oak (Quercus alba) bark.
Directions: Place 1 teaspoon of tea into a natural tea bag or mesh strainer. Pour 8oz of freshly boiled water over the tea and cover with a lid for 8-10 minutes—this allows the tea to infuse the water. Enjoy!
